He is experienced in a broad range of M&A transactions, including public takeovers and defense, as well as leveraged buy-outs. Frank Gerhard also advises on equity offerings, in particular IPOs and innovative equity-linked structures, as well as on other financings. In addition, he advises in matters of corporate law and governance, as well as securities regulations.
Frank Gerhard is an Authorized Issuers’ Representative at the SIX Swiss Exchange. He is also a member of the Editorial Board of a leading journal on corporate and capital markets law (GesKR, Schweizerische Zeitschrift für Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht).
