On June 13, 2024, Lotus Bakeries and Mondelēz International announced a strategic partnership to expand and grow the Lotus Biscoff® cookie brand in India and to create co-branded chocolate innovations in key markets. Homburger acted as counsel to Lotus Bakeries in this transaction.

On March 31, 2023, Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCO), a global out-of-home advertising company, announced that it has completed the sale of its business in Switzerland to Goldbach Group AG, an affiliate of TX Group AG, for CHF 86.0 m.
Homburger advises Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of this transaction. Homburger advises Clear Channel on the successful closing of the sale of its Swiss business to TX Group

Zur Rose Group

On February 2, 2023, Zur Rose Group and the Migros healthcare subsidiary Medbase executed a share purchase agreement to assign and transfer to Medbase all shares in Zur Rose Group&#8217;s subsidiaries Zur Rose Suisse, Bluecare, Speciality Care Therapiezentren, Aerztemedika, and Clustertec. Such target companies form the Swiss business operations of Zur Rose Group. The transaction is subject to merger control clearance.
Homburger advised Zur Rose Group with respect to all carve-out transactions necessary to govern mutual licensing, IT development activities, and transitional sourcing of business operations. Further, Homburger advises Zur Rose Group on the merger control aspects of the transaction.
