Peter Müller

Peter Müller’s practice focuses on national and international tax law, particularly corporate tax.

He advises clients on the structuring of reorganizations, redomestications and employee participation plans. Other areas of work include tax advice to high net worth individuals. Peter Müller is a member of the Homburger interdisciplinary Employment Law working group. He joined Homburger in 1997 and became counsel in 2002. Peter Müller is co-author of the Basel commentary on the tax aspects of the transformation of companies under the new Swiss Merger Law (Helbing & Lichtenhahn, Basel 2004) and is author of the Swiss tax section on Employee Share Plans (Globe Law and Business, London 2011).
