Sébastien Oreiller is a member of Homburger’s Litigation Team. His main areas of interest lie in civil proceedings, private international law, debt enforcement and attachment of assets. He also represents clients in all criminal and administrative proceedings. Sébastien has a keen interest in arbitration, particularly in setting aside and enforcement proceedings, as well as in the influence of public international law on domestic law.
