Harold Grüninger has co-authored a commentary on Foundation law provisions of Swiss Civil Law and regularly writes articles on Foundation law, estate planning and tax issues. He is co-editor of successio – Succession Quarterly Review.
 
He holds speeches on Swiss Foundation law, including tax law topics. He is a member of the board of ProFonds (umbrella association of charitable foundations) as well as a member of SwissFoundation’s Legal Council.
