On March 31, 2021, SPT Roth announced that a consortium of investors led by FountainVest Partners has agreed to invest in a majority stake in the SPT Group, a leader in micro miniature products manufacturing.
FountainVest Partners, a leading Asian private equity firm, is backed by top tier pension funds and institutional investors, primarily from North America and Europe.
FountainVest Partners was advised by Homburger in this transaction. Homburger advised Addex Therapeutics Ltd in connection with the global offering of 6,900,000 shares (New Shares) (including 6,750,000 shares delivered in the form of 1,125,000 American Depositary Shares, or ADSs) on the Nasdaq Capital Market at a price of approximately CHF 1.47 per share or $ 10.00 per ADS, including the full exercise of the underwriter’s option to purchase additional securities. The New Shares have been listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and the new ADS have been listed on Nasdaq.

On January 4, 2021, CeramTec GmbH (CeramTec), a leading international manufacturer of technical ceramics, announced its acquisition of all shares in Dentalpoint AG, a Swiss specialist for ceramic dental implants.
