Share-Image Teamplate Deals-and-Cases

<p>On August 3, 2023, Crown Holdings, Inc., a leading global supplier of rigid packaging products to consumer marketing companies, as well as transit and protective packaging products, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Helvetia Packaging AG, a Swiss supplier of sustainable aluminum beverage packaging with a manufacturing facility in Saarlouis, Germany. The transaction is subject to approval by German anti-trust authorities and is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.</p>
<p>Homburger AG has acted as Swiss counsel to Crown Packaging European Division GmbH on this transaction. The Homburger team was led by Daniel Hasler (Corporate / M&amp;A) and included Francesco Bernasconi (Corporate / M&amp;A), Bianca Nedwed (Corporate / M&amp;A) as well as Florian Bruggisser (Corporate / M&amp;A).</p>
