Homburger advised Temenos on its public offer for Fidessa

On February 21, 2018, Swiss banking software company TEMENOS Group AG in Geneva (SIX: TEMN) (Temenos) announced that it had agreed to acquire London-listed financial trading systems firm Fidessa group plc (LSE: FDSA) (Fidessa) for GBP 1.4 bn by way of a cash offer to be implemented through a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement.
