Homburger advised Swarovski International Holding AG with regard to a EUR 500 m revolving credit facility (RCF)
Homburger acted as counsel to Swarovski International Holding AG and Crystalon Finanz AG each in its capacity as Borrower under a Swiss law governed EUR 500 m revolving credit facility agreement with UBS Switzerland AG, Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG, UniCredit Bank Austria AG and HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt AG each as Bookrunner and Mandated Lead Arrangers (BMLA), UBS Switzerland AG as Agent as part of a syndicate of seven international banks acting as Original Lenders, including the BMLA as well as Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Beijing, Zurich Branch, and Zürcher Kantonalbank.
The revolving credit facility agreement was signed on May 20, 2020.
Homburger advised Swarovski International Holding AG and its subsidiary Crystalon Finanz AG (both borrowers under the facility) with regard to all legal aspects of the financing transaction.
