René Bösch awarded "Capital Markets Lawyer of the Year 2018" by Who's Who Legal

At this year’s Who’s Who Legal (WWL) award ceremony, held on May 8, in London, René Bösch was awarded “Capital Markets Lawyer of the Year” for the second time. Based on their in-depth research with law firms and clients, WWL annualy identifies and awards individuals and firms that have performed exceptionally from 34 practice areas, and other disciplines and recognitions.René Bösch is a partner at Homburger since 1998 in both the Capital Markets and the Banking and Finance teams. An expert in capital market transactions and financial markets regulation, he is particularly focused on debt capital market transactions and the structuring of equity-linked and regulatory capital instruments.
