Public Securities Offerings in Switzerland by Non-Swiss Issuers

Leading Swiss law firms and leading Swiss banks agree on a joint position in respect of the applicability of Swiss prospectus requirements for crossborder equity securities offerings by non-Swiss issuers into Switzerland.
