Melissa Magliana wins the Swiss Arbitration Association's biennial prize for advocacy

Homburger counsel Melissa Magliana was awarded the prestigious ASA Prize for Advocacy in International Commercial Arbitration. The prize, awarded every two years to a member of the international arbitration community in recognition of outstanding and exemplary advocacy, was announced during the 2016 ASA Annual Conference in Zurich. Melissa Magliana is the first Swiss practitioner to win this internationally recognized prize. She is co-chair of ASA below 40 and a member of the executive committee of Young ArbitralWomen Practitioners and also represents ASA at the UNCITRAL sessions on arbitration and conciliation.
