Over the years, Homburger has advised and represented numerous clients in regulatory matters. Due to the increased importance placed on regulation in today’s economy, Homburger has decided to target its focus: In the new CORE (Competition & Regulatory) practice team, our resources and know-how in the energy, health and pharma sectors, media and telecommunications, as well as infrastructure and transport will be combined. In addition to its competition and regulatory practice, this team will be the center of competence for administrative law, procurement law and international trade. The creation of the CORE practice team allows us to provide our clients more focused and efficient advice.
