Homburger partner named "Capital Markets Lawyer of the Year"

At this year’s Who’s Who Legal Annual Awards, Daniel Daeniker was selected as the Capital Markets Lawyer of the Year 2014. Only one lawyer worldwide receives this award. Daniel Daeniker has been a partner of Homburger since 2000. He heads the Corporate / M&A team, with a practice focusing on mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, corporate governance and financial services regulation.
