Homburger partner Daniel Häusermann appointed to CMTA Advisory Board

On June 1, 2021, the Capital Markets and Technology Association (CMTA) announced the election of Homburger partner Daniel Häusermann to its Corporate Committee, which is part of the CMTA’s Advisory Board. The CMTA is developing a standard for the tokenization of shares of Swiss corporations.

Daniel Häusermann specializes in public and private M&A, equity capital markets (ECM) and real estate transactions. He also advises on corporate and capital markets law and corporate governance. Daniel Häusermann is Privatdozent for private and commercial law at the University of St. Gallen and a lecturer at the University of Zurich.
