Homburger again named "IFLR Swiss Law Firm of the Year"

Homburger has won the award as “Swiss Law Firm of the Year 2009” at this year’s IFLR Europe Awards. International Financial Law Review (IFLR) presented its annual European Awards on 18th of March 2009 in London, rewarding the most innovative legal deals of 2008 in international finance and the firms that completed them. Winning the IFLR award for the third year in a row and all in all for the fifth time, reflects Homburger’s leading role in some of the most demanding international finance deals of 2008, such as advising Credit Suisse in its CHF 10 bn fund raising or assisting UBS AG in the structuring, negotiation and execution of a series of capital market transactions.
