Homburger awarded "M&A Legal Adviser of the Year Switzerland"

On December 12, 2013, the top M&A dealmakers in Europe were named at the annual Financial Times and Mergermarket European M&A Awards ceremony in London. For the fourth time after 2010, 2009 and 2008, Homburger was recognized as “M&A Legal Adviser of the Year Switzerland”. The renowned industry event awarded the top financial and legal advisers from the past year across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Fincancial Times and Mergermarket, an independent mergers and acquisitions intelligence and data service, use both M&A transaction data from Mergermarket deals database and independent expert opinion from a panel of leading European M&A practitioners to decide on the winners. Homburger has received the award in consideration of certain key criteria such as complexity, structure as well as groundbreaking and strategic nature of the deals it worked on in 2013.
