Homburger honored with Managing IP award for «European Cross-border Patent Litigation Team of the Year»

On June 21, 2023, Homburger received the «European Cross-border Patent Litigation Team of the Year» award at the Managing IP Awards 2023 EMEA for its work on Novartis (fingolimod patent). Our patent team was led by partner Andri Hess and included associate Angelika Murer.
