Homburger honored with LMG Life Sciences awards for «Switzerland Firm of the Year» and «Impact Deal of the Year»

On June 5, 2025, Homburger was named «Switzerland Firm of the Year» at the LMG Life Sciences EMEA Awards. Further, Homburger received for the second time in a row the «Impact Deal of the Year» award for advising Novo Nordisk on the acquisition of three production sites, following Novo Holding’s acquisition of Catalent. The Homburger team comprised Andreas Müller and Anna Peter as well as other experts from the Corporate / M&A, Regulatory, Employment and Executive Compensation, and Tax teams.

The awards honor leading law firms and lawyers in the life sciences sector and recognize complex, influential transactions in this field.
