Homburger honored with IFLR Europe award for Swiss Firm of the Year 2020

On April 23, 2020, Homburger won the IFLR Europe award for Swiss Firm of the Year. The award honors Homburger’s involvement in some of the most demanding and innovative finance, capital market and M&A transactions. Homburger received the award for the twelfth time.In addition to winning this award, Homburger was also shortlisted in the following categories: Debt and equity-linked Deal of the Year (Cembra Money Bank), Debt and equity-linked Deal of the Year (Credit Suisse bail-inable SOFR notes), M&A Deal of the Year (DSV / Panalpina Group) and Debt and equity-linked Team of the Year. The International Financial Law Review (IFLR) annually recognizes the most innovative international legal deals of the past year and the respective firms.
