Homburger honored with IFLR Europe award for «Firm of the Year: Switzerland 2022»

On May 5, 2022, Homburger received the IFLR Europe Award for «Firm of the Year: Switzerland 2022». This award honors Homburger’s involvement in some of the most sophisticated and innovative finance, capital markets and M&A transactions in 2021. Homburger won this award for the 13th time.

In addition to winning the national award, Homburger was nominated in the category «Securitisation and structured finance» for «AMAG Leasing auto covered bond programme».

Each year, the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) recognizes the most innovative international transactions of the previous year and the law firms involved in them.
