Homburger has been honored with six Benchmark Litigation Europe awards

On June 3, 2021, Homburger was named «Switzerland Firm of the Year» and «Intellectual Property Firm of the Year» by Benchmark Litigation. In addition, partner Mariella Orelli has been honored twice, as «Swiss Litigator of the Year» and as «International Arbitration Lawyer of the Year». Managing partner Flavio Romerio has been recognized as «White-Collar Crime Lawyer of the Year» and partner Andri Hess has won the Impact Case award for «Edwards Lifesciences – mitral valve repair patent».

The Benchmark Litigation Europe awards celebrate the leading litigators and most impactful disputes across Europe based upon research conducted between February and September 2020. These awards aim to recognize the firms and litigators who have performed exceptionally at both local and national levels.
