Homburger awarded with IFLR Swiss Law Firm of the Year 2017

At the 18th annual IFLR European Awards on April 20, 2017 in London, Homburger received the award for “Swiss Law Firm of the Year“. The award honors Homburger’s involvement in some of the most demanding and innovative finance, capital market and M&A transactions. Homburger received the award for the eleventh time.

In addition to winning this award, Homburger was also shortlisted in the following categories: M&A Deal of the Year (Ball Corporation / Rexam) and Loans Deal of the Year (ConvaTec).

The International Financial Law Review (IFLR) recognizes annually the most innovative international legal deals of the past year and the respective firms.
