Homburger awarded with Managing IP Global Award IP Firm of the Year 2016 Switzerland

On March 11, 2016, Homburger was awarded with the Managing IP Global Award – IP Firm of the Year 2016 Switzerland. Representing Homburger’s IP / IT team, partners Gregor Bühler and Andri Hess received the award at a ceremony in London. A number of disputes before the Swiss Federal Patent Court and cantonal commercial courts in which Homburger successfully represented clients from food, pharma and financial services industries were the decisive factors for winning the award.The awards which recognize outstanding intellectual property work by law firms around the world were granted this year for the tenth time.
