Homburger awarded with GCR Merger Control Matter of the Year - Europe

Homburger won the Global Competition Review’s Merger Control Matter of the Year – Europe for the transaction between Holcim and Lafarge.At the Global Competition Review’s fifth annual award ceremony, the transaction between cement companies Holcim and Lafarge won the award for Merger Control Matter of the Year – Europe. The Homburger partners Franz Hoffet and Gerald Brei as well as counsel Martin Thomann and associates Kerstin Schiwow-Amrhein and Bettina Meyer (all Competition / Regulatory) advised Holcim on its merger control filings in 20 jurisdictions.
