Homburger advises Waterland Private Equity on its growth partnership with leading Swiss communications agency Farner Consulting

On January 18, 2022, Waterland Private Equity announced that it has entered into a growth partnership with Farner Consulting. Together with Waterland Private Equity, Farner Consulting intends to continue its 70-year success story as the Swiss market leader in communication consulting through international expansion. Around Farner, a leading and integrated agency group will be built through a buy-&-build strategy of targeted acquisitions. The existing group of partners around long-time CEO Roman Geiser will remain significantly involved and will drive the business forward operationally and strategically.

Homburger has acted as lead counsel to Waterland Private Equity. Partner David Oser (Corporate / M&A) has led the Homburger team, which has comprised partner Daniel Haeberli (Financing and Investment Products / Capital Markets) and associates Patrick Schmidt and Jasmin Künzle and junior associate Cédric Berger (all Corporate / M&A).
