Homburger advises Sonova on its acquisition of Sennheiser's Consumer Division

On May 7, 2021, Sonova Holding AG (SWX: SOON) entered into an agreement with Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co. KG to acquire Sennheiser’s Consumer Division. The Sennheiser Consumer Division, which concentrates on the business of headphones and hearables for private customers, is an excellent fit with Sonova’s strategy to lead innovation in hearing experience and to engage consumers early on their hearing journey. Sonova is a leading provider of hearing solutions. The transaction closed on March 1, 2022.
