Homburger advises Ginkgo Bioworks in its acquisition of FGen AG

On March 14, 2022, Ginkgo Bioworks (NYSE: DNA), the leading horizontal platform for cell programming, announced that it entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire FGen AG, a Swiss company specializing in strain development and optimization.

Homburger has advised Ginkgo Bioworks with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction.
