Homburger advises BlackFin Capital Partners on the sale of New Access

On July 20, 2022, BlackFin Capital Partners, an independent private equity firm focused on investing in financial services companies, fintechs and insurtechs, announced that it sold its portfolio company New Access, a specialized private banking technology firm based in Geneva, primarily active in the markets of Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg, to FNZ, a global wealth management platform, with registered office in London.

Homburger AG acts as transaction counsel to BlackFin Capital Partners in this transaction.
