Homburger advises Bergé Auto in its acquisition of FCA Switzerland from Stellantis

On October 20, 2021, Bergé Auto announced that it has agreed to acquire all shares in FCA Switzerland SA, thereby taking over responsibility for importing the Abarth, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Fiat Professional brands to Switzerland. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Homburger advises Bergé Auto on the Swiss law and tax aspects of the transaction.
