Homburger advises a syndicate of local and international banks on a CHF 150 m credit financing for Scott Sports

On June 27, 2022, Scott Corporation SA and SCOTT Sports SA entered into a CHF 150,000,000 Swiss law-governed term and revolving credit facilities agreement with a syndicate of local and international banks.

The Homburger team was led by partner Jürg Frick and included associate Simone Gloor (all Financing and Investment Products) as well as partner Stefan Oesterhelt (Tax).
