Homburger advised Zürcher Kantonalbank with regard to Weidmann Group's CHF 200 m credit facilities

Homburger acted as counsel to Zürcher Kantonalbank in its capacity as Sole Mandated Lead Arranger in connection with Weidmann Group’s new CHF 200 m credit facilities.

Homburger advised Zürcher Kantonalbank as well as the other syndicate banks with regard to all legal aspects of the financing transaction.
