Homburger advised UL Solutions Inc. on its acquisition of Eurofins Scientific’s electrical and electronics business for EUR 575 m

On October 1, 2026, UL Solutions Inc., a global leader in applied safety science, announced the completion of its acquisition of the electrical and electronics business of Eurofins Scientific SE.

Homburger acted as Swiss counsel to UL Solutions Inc.

The Homburger team was led by Daniel Hasler and included Carlo Sulser, Daniel Kuhn, Hans-Conrad Baumgarten and Matteo Gasser (all Corporate / M&A), as well as Laetitia Fracheboud (Tax), Stefan Gäumann (Real Estate) and Olivier Bühlmann (Corporate / M&A, Real Estate).
