Homburger acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger, agent, security agent and original lender in connection with the financing of the acquisition of Studer Cables AG’s parent company HC Holding Epsilon AG by HARTING Connectivity & Cable AG. Studer Cables AG is a manufacturer of cables solutions and systems located in Switzerland.

Homburger advised UBS Switzerland AG with regard to all legal aspects of the financing transaction.
