Homburger acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger, agent, security agent and original lender in connection with the financing of the acquisition of iTS Swiss Kanal Services AG (formerly ISS Kanal Services AG) by certain funds advised by KLAR Partners Limited. iTS Swiss Kanal Services AG offers underground infrastructure maintenance services in a resilient market across eight locations in Switzerland.
