Homburger acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG and other syndicate banks in connection with the upsize, extension and amendment and restatement of SoftwareONE’s revolving credit facility. SoftwareONE is a leading global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions.

Homburger advised UBS Switzerland AG and the other syndicate banks with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the financing transaction.
