Homburger advised UBS AG, UBS Switzerland AG and Citibank, N.A., London Branch in connection with the financing of the acquisition of MBCC Group by Sika AG

Homburger acted as counsel to UBS AG, London Branch, UBS Switzerland AG and Citibank, N.A., London Branch as mandated lead arrangers in connection with the financing of the acquisition of MBCC Group by Sika AG from an affiliate of private equity firm Lone Star Funds. MBCC Group, headquartered in Mannheim, Germany, is active in the field of construction systems and admixture systems. With approximately 7,500 employees in over 60 countries and more than 130 production facilities the MBCC Group generates worldwide sales of approximately CHF 2.9 bn.
