Homburger advised UBS AG in connection with the issuance of CHF 500 m Loan Participation Notes by Gazprom

Gaz Finance Plc issued CHF 500 m Loan Participation Notes on June 30, 2021. The Loan Participation Notes were used to fund a loan by the Issuer to Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom. UBS AG acted as lead manager, together with Credit Suisse AG, Gazprombank (Switzerland) Ltd. and J.P. Morgan Securities plc. The Loan Participation Notes will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
