Homburger advised the shareholders of byerley AG in connection with their sale to Abraxas Informatik AG

On February 2, 2021, Abraxas Informatik AG (Abraxas) announced the acquisition of byerley AG (Byerley) from its founders and shareholders, Labinot Demaj and Patrick Sägesser. The acquisition of Byerley enables Abraxas to promote digital transformation within public administration.

Byerley is the leading provider of chatbots in the field of public administration in Switzerland. By automating processes and generating individual responses to users, chatbots reduce the internal complexity of administrations, thereby simplifying the digital access of the population and companies to public services around the clock and reducing the workload of administrative personnel.
