Homburger advised RV AIP S.C.S. SICAV-SIF

Homburger AG acted as Swiss counsel to RV AIP S.C.S. SICAV-SIF acting for partial fund RV TF ACQUISITION FINANCING in its capacity as lender in connection with EUR 31 m credit financing of European AV Group.
