On September 17, 2018, Roche Holdings, Inc. successfully completed its issuance of USD 750 m 3.250% Notes due 2023 and USD 650 m 3.625% Notes due 2028, which are irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Roche Holding Ltd.
