Homburger advised Raiffeisen Schweiz Genossenschaft in the Issuance of CHF 300 m AT1 Bonds

On 31 March 2021 (base tranche of CHF 200 m) and on 1 July 2021 (first reopening of CHF 100 m), Raiffeisen Schweiz Genossenschaft, a Swiss systemically relevant bank, issued AT1 Bonds in the total amount of CHF 300 m.
