Homburger advised PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (PwC) on the sale of Global Mobility Tax and Immigration Services Business
On October 19, 2021, PwC announced that it has agreed to sell its Global Mobility Tax and Immigration Services business to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.
PwC’s Global Mobility Tax and Immigration Services business serves more than 3,000 multinational clients worldwide. The business helps organizations manage global talent mobility, while providing tax and immigration services to cross-border employees. The transaction will create a free-standing, global platform with more than 5,700 professionals.
The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2022.
Homburger has acted as legal counsel to PwC advising on all Swiss law aspects of the transaction.
