Homburger acted as Swiss counsel to Oakley Capital on the unitranche/super senior refinancing and recapitalization of Infravadis. Infravadis is a tech-enabled platform focused on the Underground Infrastructure Maintenance (UIM) market. The company provides a broad range of mission-critical services, including cleaning, inspection and rehabilitation of pipes, drains and sewer infrastructure. It combines traditional craftsmanship with digital tools and technology-enabled processes to improve efficiency, service quality and scalability.
