Homburger advised Nestlé on the issuance of an aggregate of USD 5 bn notes through an institutional (Rule 144A) offering in the United States of America

On September 14, 2021, Nestlé Holdings, Inc. successfully completed its issuance of USD 1.5 bn 0.606% Notes due 2024, USD 500 m 1.150% Notes due 2027, USD 1 bn 1.500% Notes due 2028, USD 1 bn 1.875% Notes due 2031, USD 500 m 2.500% Notes due 2041 and USD 500 m 2.625% Notes due 2051. The Notes are guaranteed by the Nestlé group’s Swiss parent company Nestlé S.A. The offering of the Notes was done in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act.
