Homburger acted as counsel to several international debt funds as arrangers and original lenders in connection with the financing of the acquisition of CSO Pharma Consulting and MIGx AG by ATHAGORAS Group, a portfolio company of GREENPEAK PARTNERS.

CSO Pharma Consulting is a specialized service provider in the fields of pharmacovigilance, medical affairs, quality management and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) as well as development consulting. Based in Basel, Switzerland, MIGx AG is a life sciences-focused technology and engineering company that was founded as a startup in 2019 and has since rapidly established itself as a trusted technology partner in the life sciences sector.

Homburger advised the international debt funds with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the financing transactions.
