Homburger advised Implenia in connection with a Revolving Credit Facilities Agreement

Implenia entered into a Swiss law governed revolving credit facility agreement. The financing comprises two revolving credit facilities, each with a five-year term. The syndicate consists of a consortium of twenty-two banks as lenders with UBS Switzerland AG as agent.

Implenia is Switzerland’s leading construction and real estate services provider with a strong footprint in Germany and in the European infrastructure market. Implenia employs around 8,000 people globally and posted revenue of around CHF 3.5 bn in 2025. The company is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (Ticker: IMPN / ISIN: CH0023868554).
