Homburger advised Givaudan SA on the issuance of EUR 500 m Guaranteed Bonds due 2029 guaranteed by Givaudan SA

On September 9, 2025, Givaudan Finance Europe B.V. successfully completed its issuance of EUR 500 m 2.875 per cent. Guaranteed Bonds due 2029 guaranteed by Givaudan SA. The Bonds are governed by English law and listed on Euronext Dublin.
