Homburger advised Credit Suisse AG in the Mondelēz International, Inc. issuance of CHF 350 m FATCA-compliant Bonds

Mondelēz International, Inc. announced the issuance of CHF 350 m FATCA-compliant Bonds.

Credit Suisse AG acted as joint-lead manager together with Deutsche Bank AG London Branch, acting through Deutsche Bank AG Zurich Branch. The bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
