Homburger advised Credit Suisse AG in connection with the issuance of CHF 300 m Bonds by Swiss Prime Site

Swiss Prime Site issued CHF 300 m Bonds. Credit Suisse AG acted as lead manager, together with Zürcher Kantonalbank. The Bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
